The Fly Fishers Club of Orange County is pleased to present a comprehensive fly fishing training program that is open to club members and prospective members. The Training sessions are split into two categories as described below. Locations have been selected to provide wider public access to this program.

The intent of the program is to:

  • Develop knowledge and information on the techniques and approaches to fly fishing;

  • Develop an understanding of the natural history, habitat requirements, and behavior of game fish;

  • Provide an understanding of the need to conserve and improve the ecosystems that are the basis of these fisheries;

  • Lastly, to increase participation and involvement in fly fishing, education and conservation through membership in the FFCOC.
